Terms and Conditions / Price List For Software License Fees, Implementation and Support, and Internet Data Hosting and Back-Up Services |
Simple financing options: (1) Annual license fees or (2) Monthly license = Annual / 10. (Mirror TOOL once-off only)
License fees include telephonic (we normally use TeamViewer) and e-mail support, and software upgrades via the internet.
NB: Support calls that escalate into training or data capturing issues, are charged at our standard consulting rate.
Tele-consulting, training, data take-on services and on-site support are negotiable on a project-to-project basis. Our support rate is R500.00 per hour, and R3.00 per km traveled from Pretoria.
Pricing is adjusted annually in line with inflation.
Current prices are valid up to 30-June-2013.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
