Mirror CIPCassist - Electronic Document Auto-Generation and Storage System as required by the New Companies Act

 

The New Companies Act (Act 71 of 2008) imposes new forms and regulations on all South African companies.  Mirror CIPCassist offers the following features / benefits:

  • Database of companies where you can capture relevant information as required for auto-generation of the CoR forms.

  • Auto-generate CoR forms into Word format so that you can easily fine-tune the final document.

  • Document Archiving system - completed documents can be uploaded into the system and be linked to a specific company and transaction.

  • Management reports to determine follow-up actions etc.

  • Shares Register - to be available soon.

How to install:

- If you are upgrading, please ensure CIPCassist is closed before running the installer.

- To evaluate CIPCassist, just run the latest release above.  After the installation, the system will automatically connect to a demo database over the Internet, and you can log on with any User Name and PIN Code.

 

Note: If the application does not run, your PC requires the once-off installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.  Windows Vista/7 comes pre-installed with .NET 2.0, but Windows XP users must also run the .NET 2.0 installation if not already installed (20MB).
